Nymphis sacrae the plaque is the mirror image of those of Iovi Tonant in palatial chapel in the heart of the D'Avalos of Montesarchio, company headquarters. Are the two surviving votive gravestones of the Roman Temple, then used in the Cathedral of the Annunciation vechia devastated by the Arabs in 800.

From grape Aglianico bitter Taburno, the grapes are harvested in late September, early October, the pressing is carried out with a short stop on the skins, then the steel fermentation and a short stop in barriques, three months after bottling.
